Do I have to create an account before I can buy?

In order to process your order you need to log in, but it is not compulsory to create an account before purchasing.

You can create or access your account from the "My account" icon at the top right of each page.

Choose "Register" if you do not have an account with berlinpackaging.eu or fill in your details if you are already registered:

You can also create or log in to your account after completing your purchase, from the shopping basket, by clicking on "Process order".

On the next page you can choose "First time buyer" to create an account or "Existing customer" if you have already provided us with your details.

Enter your e-mail address, bearing in mind that you will receive all the information about your orders at this e-mail address, and your password, making sure you choose a password that is easy to remember.

Fill in your details and click the "Continue" button.
