Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes: always before the order has been collected by the carrier, we can modify the shipping details or cancel the order (refunding the full amount).

We do not make changes to items in a web order: we can only cancel the entire order before it leaves our warehouse, so that you can place a new order online.
