Do I have to pay return costs?

The shipping costs to deliver the goods to us are always at the customer's expense.

You can choose the transport agency that suits you best.

If you follow the conditions of withdrawal, once we receive the goods within the established period, and after checking its perfect condition, we will refund the full amount of the order (including the original shipping costs).

If you return the goods (within 30 days of delivery and sending the goods in perfect condition), we will only refund the cost of the goods, without the shipping costs of the web order.
