How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times may be affected after the Black Friday campain.

Deliveries by parcel are made, counting from the time the transport agency picks up the order: in most parts of mainland Spain, within a maximum of 72 working hours, 5 working days for the Balearic Islands or mainland Portugal and 10 working days for the rest of Europe.

Deliveries by pallet are made, counting from the time the transport agency collects the order: within 5 to 10 working days for mainland Spain and between 7 and 12 days for Portugal.

IMPORTANT: These delivery times are indicative, maximum and may be modified without prior notice.

The delivery times will begin to count once the payment of the order amount has been confirmed by our Accounting Department. The departure of packages from our warehouse for their subsequent dispatch will be made, from Monday to Friday except holidays, before 10:00 am.
