Our shipping options

In the shopping basket you will find the shipping options available depending on the country of delivery.

• We home deliver to all European countries.
• We offer the option of shipping the goods on a pallet for deliveries to mainland Spain and Portugal.

This is a tariff designed for those customers who place orders of more than 7 boxes and, so that they can reduce shipping costs, we transform their order into a pallet. This format has the following characteristics:

1. The delivery time of the order is 72 business hours from the moment we receive the payment in our account.
2. Delivery is door-to-door, i.e. the pallet is delivered to the door of the warehouse or address indicated, but under no circumstances is it brought up to the flat or doorway.
3. The order is sent palletised and shrink-wrapped on a wooden pallet.

• For France, Belgium and Luxembourg you have the option of delivery to collection points.

This cheaper service is an alternative to home delivery.  The customer chooses the delivery point they are most interested in when they place their order online and can pick up their purchase during extended hours, which can include weekends and public holidays, depending on the delivery point's opening hours. The user normally receives a notification when the package arrives at the collection point.
