Can I return a product, how do I do it?

All products purchased through berlinpackaging.eu may be returned (labels are EXCLUDED, as indicated during the purchase), in accordance with the following conditions:

1. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods without justification.
2. The maximum period for the return is 30 days from receipt of the order.
3. The customer must communicate their intention to return the product(s) purchased by means of an unequivocal statement to the attention of the Customer Service Department info.es@berlinpackaging.com or to the following address: Berlin Packaging Juvasa, S.L.U, Av Andalucía s/n 41701, Dos hermanas (Seville), requesting the return of the product(s).
4. The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition with all the accessories and documentation.
5. The return must be made via the transport agency of your choice to our address at Avenida de Andalucía s/n, 41700 Dos Hermanas, carriage paid (you will pay the return costs), within a maximum period of 14 days from the date you received the order for withdrawals, and 30 days for returns. You can use the attached form.
6. Once the material has been received at our facilities and its condition has been verified, we will e-mail you requesting for your account number.
7. After receiving this information and in case of withdrawals, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, using the same means of payment used for the purchase.
8. If the return is made within 30 days of receipt of the order, a credit will be issued only for the amount corresponding to the products.
9. The refund will be made within approximately 72 hours.
10. A penalty will be applied if the returned items are not in perfect condition and in the same original packaging.
11. The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and which have been unsealed after delivery.
